Associate Administrative Assistant
Overview This position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by providing administrative support in the areas of cashiering and settlement, accounts receivables and other duties in the Columbia, MD. location. Hours of responsibility: Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 4:30pm. Responsibilities Daily Cashiering Processes, utilizing internal and external systems. Back up FSV cashiering support. Processing NSF payments/collections in SAP (Q1 2025) Process and submit customer refunds through SAP (Q1 2025) Assist with GL reconciliation processes and maintaining accurate logbooks including NSF, DOS and COP. Updating POD Exception log daily on Teams and distribution to Del Sups. (Q1 2025) Maintain accurate and organized document archiving while executing PepsiCo Document Record Retention policy concerning all required administrative processes supported. Manage other Ad Hoc tasks as needed. Compensation and Benefits The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $58,950. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications High School Diploma/ GED required. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in accounting. SAP Knowledge/Experience preferred. 3+ years of experience providing administrative process influence in similar industry. Prior bookkeeping experience and/or general accounting principal knowledge required. Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Teams, and Excel. Aptitude to work with minimal supervision. Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency. Outstanding organization, time management, and strong communication skills. Attention to detail. Ability to lift to 50 pounds, work while standing and complete repetitive lift & bend actions.
