As a key member of the senior leadership team at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, the associate administrator works collaboratively with other senior leaders to drive strategic and operational goals and objectives in alignment with Mayo Clinic's Bold. Forward strategy. The associate administrator partners with the Chair of the Midwest Outpatient Practice Subcommittee and works closely with department leadership and multidisciplinary teams in Medical Specialties. The Associate Administrator partners with leadership teams across the enterprise (all Mayo Clinic locations) on key Mayo Clinic strategic initiatives, including Mayo Clinic Cancer Center, Mayo Clinic International, Mayo Clinic Generative AI, Mayo Clinic Business Development and Bold. Forward. Unbound in Rochester; the person in this role will also drive new initiatives for Mayo Clinic in Rochester consistent with Mayo Clinic's position as a Category of One for serious and complex care. The Associate Administrator is responsible for talent development of their administrative team as well as strategic and operational planning and fiscal management to achieve top decile quality and service performance. **Qualifications** A master’s degree in business or health care administration required; a minimum of five years of significant leadership and management experience is required. Leadership and management experience must include a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment with physicians and allied health staff in a variety of assignments. Must have proven competencies in leadership, management, operations and finance, as well as excellent communication skills. Broad-based upper management experience is required in order to coordinate a wide range of activities across the organization.
