You are responsible for analyzing the business by division, product category and SKU level. Support sales and inventory strategies for Direct to Consumer Channels. You’re also resourceful and collaborative with excellent communication skills, strong retail math and analytical skills and you enjoy working in a fast paced highly collaborative environment. A sense of humor is a plus!

A Day in the Life:

The typical day is… atypical. You will play key role in supporting North America’s allocation strategy for Full Price Retail Stores, ensuring timely, accurate deliveries that align with financial goals and inventory metrics. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Buying, Planning, Visual Merchandising, Regional Directors, GMs, Stores, and Logistics to optimize inventory levels and store readiness.

Key Focus Areas:

Inventory & Allocation Strategy: Support allocation strategies to ensure optimal stock levels at both store and warehouse levels. Align product distribution with business targets, focusing on timely delivery.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Buying, Planning, and Store Operations to meet sales and inventory goals, optimize size profiles, and inform seasonal buying decisions.Reporting & Insights: Provide regular reporting on inventory and allocation performance, delivering insights to improve stock productivity across stores.Store Support: Address store requests for product needs tied to business events and special promotions, ensuring visibility on key calendar dates.Floor Set Execution: Support monthly floor set allocation, ensuring product availability, and communicating any potential delivery issues with relevant teams.Category Ownership: Own allocation for key categories, manage replenishment and model stocks, and ensure inventory accuracy at the style/size level to maximize sales and productivity.

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is 29.00 USD - 34.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
