Associate Analyst
Service Line Support – Assurance and Tax  

 The Assurance and Tax Support Associate will be an integral part of the service line support team, responsible for performing tasks related to the Audit Quality Review (AQR) process/ Tax Quality Review process (TQR) and providing analytical reporting to Global and area stakeholders. 
The incumbent will be expected to master various tools, technologies, and EY databases to support the AQR process and contribute to process improvements and efficiencies.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Execute the process tasks across all areas/regions effectively and efficiently. Learn and become proficient in various EY tools, technologies, and databases to perform validations supporting the quality review process. Take initiatives to bring in process efficiencies as you gain experience in the process. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement. Deliver ad hoc process activities as assigned, ensuring quality and timeliness. Manage process deadlines to prevent client escalations by consistently delivering high-quality work on time.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent written and oral communication skills. Highly responsive, task-driven, accountable, and curious. Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities. Ability to perform a self-review of results before submission to project managers. Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong team player with the ability to foster teamwork among others. Upholds the highest standard of ethics, integrity, and values. Highly motivated with the capability to perform on multiple projects. Effective planning and organization skills to manage own workload.

 

Education and Experience:

M.B.A or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Business Administration). Relevant experience in assurance, tax, or a related support role is preferred. Familiarity with audit processes and risk management is advantageous.
