We’re looking for an Associate Analyst to join our Professional Services group. The position is fully remote. The Role: As an Associate Analyst, you’ll be a key contributor to our Professional Services team, supporting a variety of tasks related to proposal writing, contracts, and Statements of Work (SOWs). You will collaborate closely with sales and internal teams to ensure the timely creation of accurate, compelling, and professional documentation. This role is essential to driving operational efficiency and delivering high-quality service to our clients. Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of proposals, contracts, and Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring consistency and accuracy. Work with internal teams, including sales and subject matter experts, to gather the necessary information and tailor proposals to meet client needs. Maintain and update templates, policies, and standards to ensure consistency in style and quality across all documentation. Support sales executives by tracking the status of proposals, deal close processes, and pipeline management within Salesforce and other sales operation systems. Partner with team members to create dashboards, define metrics, and surface business and sales insights to inform decision-making. Analyze and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce risks in documentation and contract workflows. Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to manage deadlines, coordinate responses to RFPs, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Provide support in managing and forecasting sales pipelines and creating pricing quotes. Lead proposal review and status meetings to ensure alignment and clarity on deliverables. Support Post Signature Project Audits and Reporting to be able to take that knowledge for changes into our future proposals and estimations for improvement. We’re Looking For: 1-3 years of experience in proposal writing, supporting contract work, and drafting Statements of Work (SOWs). Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines. Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to track and manage sales operations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively. Proficiency in creating dashboards and defining metrics to analyze and present business insights. To Be Ahead of the Pack, You Might Have: Experience working in a SaaS company. Knowledge of operational and sales processes specific to the software or technology industry. Demonstrated ability to tailor proposals to suit specific client needs and industry standards.
