Associate Analyst -Workforce Analytics
**What you’ll do:** The Associate Analyst/Analyst will be a key member of the Workforce Insights Team (WIT), responsible for delivering business-driven, evidence-based insights to support Eaton’s talent strategy. This role offers the opportunity to work in the dynamic HR Analytics domain, providing meaningful analysis and solutions that impact strategic workforce decisions. The ideal candidate will excel in analytical thinking, learning agility, and effective collaboration, while showcasing a passion for driving results through data. In this role, you will translate complex business challenges into technical requirements, execute high-impact projects, and deliver actionable insights through data analytics and visualization. You’ll also contribute to building organizational capability by sharing technical expertise, conducting learning sessions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. 1. Data Analysis & Reporting: • Analyze labor market trends and workforce metrics using internal and external data. • Build and maintain BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all data and reports. 2. Collaboration & Problem-Solving: • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and define project requirements. • Provide data-driven recommendations and solutions to inform decision-making. • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by translating complex data into meaningful insights. 3. Technical Expertise: • Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and manipulate data. • Leverage Python for advanced analytics, automation, and predictive modeling. • Create interactive, user-friendly dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau. 4. Continuous Improvement: • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and analytics workflows. • Stay current with trends and best practices in workforce analytics and labor market research. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. + 2- 4 years of experience Data Analytics **Skills:** • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, automation, and reporting. • Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. • Experience working with large datasets to derive meaningful insights. • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present data clearly to stakeholders. • Experience in workforce analytics, labor market analysis, or HR analytics. • Familiarity with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or data science concepts. • Knowledge of advanced visualization techniques and UX design for dashboards.
