Associate App Release Consultant

In This Role, You Will: Develop in-depth understanding of app submission/deployment concepts, requirements and process Manage multi-complexity, multi-component, and multi-dependency projects in a dynamic environment Follow an agreed process, analyze situations, and apply appropriate solutions. Identify key business goals and objectives of a client to map out timelines and set expectations Assess and manage the impact of changes to original scope and timeline, to prioritize tasks Schedule meetings with client stakeholders to properly plan, formulate and execute the app submission process Gather client’s requirements for app releases on Apple/Google stores Ensure timely delivery of app by making them live on stores as per the agreed launch date Provide suggestions to the client to improve the overall user experience and help meet their goals of deploying a branded app Document all communication with the client in Cvent’s CRM software Suggest industry best practices Here's What You Need: Undergraduate/bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity High Comfort level in using online software products and a basic understanding of app stores/apps/updates Experience with Project Management & Salesforce tools is a plus Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented and can multi-task Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
