Associate Application Engineer - Hardware Assisted Verification

We are seeking a multifaceted, professional and technical individual, who will be responsible for technical selling and support of Siemens EDA’s leading-edge emulation solutions.

Emulation Application Engineer will be responsible for working with customers as a global leader in electronic design automation solutions, providing technical services for the world's largest electronics and semiconductor companies.

Key Responsibilities :

In this position, you will be involved in a structured Associate Engineer Training Program. This is a fast-track training program that challenges you to develop the expertise needed to solve difficult technical problems and the commercial skills needed to work with customers within the region.

Associate Applications Engineers join us as members of a team of highly motivated individuals working with customers designing the most complex hardware and software systems in the world and whose applications span the electronics industry. This training program will give you unique insight into our product marketing divisions and sales organization and the opportunity to work with and learn from industry experts.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will be eligible to progress into an Application Engineer role, focusing on developing technical relationships at the engineering level with customers including customer presentations, needs analysis, product demonstrations, and coordination of benchmarking and evaluation activities.

Job Qualifications

New graduate (2024) or expected to graduate (2025 in Spring) with a BS/MS Electronical Engineering, Semiconductor, Compute/Data Science and Software engineering, or related.

Understanding of computer architecture including industry standard interfaces and memory subsystems

Good understanding and experience of SoC design and verification methodologies and technologies

Knowledge of SystemVerilog, Verilog and VHDL RTL design

Driver or firmware validation experience on emulation/FPGA is a plus

Knowledge of scripting using Perl, Python, Makefile with UNIX and/or LINUX platforms

A good level in English, both writing and oral skills

Strong trouble shooting skills and problem solving skills

Proactive, a strong team player and willing to accept challenges, learn new technologies and methodologies

Must be able to work in Korea and to attend training in U.S.A.
