In this role, you will work closely with our team of architects and designers, as well as the rest of the CBRE business, leading architectural projects from the initial concept phase through to completion across a number of typologies. **_Key Responsibilities:_** Development of architectural designs and providing creative and technical direction. Creating detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (Revit) software. Overseeing and managing research to support the design process, including researching building codes, materials, and construction techniques. Preparation of design proposals, presentations, and reports. Coordination of project documentation and managing project databases. Contributing to the development of sustainable design strategies. Site analysis, including surveying and site visits. **_Experience & Skills:_** An RIAI or RIBA prescribed degree in architecture with RIBA Part 3 qualified and registered with the RIAI. Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, InDesign and the like. Strong design and visualisation skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to communicate ideas effectively. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. Knowledge of building regulations. Familiarity with architectural trends and practices. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to design. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. A passion for architecture and design. **_Work Experience:_** Ideal candidates will have experience across all stages with projects across a variety of typologies. Strong experience in commercial interiors, hotels and large scale residential is preferred. Public sector experience is desirable, but not essential. Candidates should also have experience leading internal and external project teams. An understanding of the BC(a)R process is essential to this role. Similarly, candidates should be able to talk to their experience mentoring and developing junior staff. Business development will be a key component of this role and candidates should be able to demonstrate their experience with pitching, networking and lead generation. **_Qualifications:_** An RIAI or RIBA prescribed degree in architecture with RIBA Part 3 qualified and registered with the RIAI Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, InDesign and the like.
