I. Job Summary
Under the guidance of the Area Director of Collection Operations, the Associate Area Director of Collection Operations carries out the strategic plans for managing regional or multiple Operating Units' financial performance and productivity. Ensures that Operating Units meet or exceed annual objectives and successfully implement organizational initiatives as set by the Area Director of Collection Operations and Area Leadership.

A. Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree (accredited) Required or High School Diploma (accredited) and four years of relevant work experience Required Work Experience 7 years of prior work experience (in addition to education requirement) in Operations Management including at least three years managing a team of two of more individuals. The expected base pay range for this position across the US is $163,625 - $216,875. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
