Job Overview:

The Asset Management Associate is responsible for managing, organizing and tracking the company's assets to ensure they are maintained, accounted for and secure. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of all assets including location, value, and condition.
• Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of asset records and update as necessary.
• Plan and execute asset management procedures such as transferring, disposing, and updating assets.
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure assets are being utilized effectively and any potential issues are resolved.
• Provide support to internal and external stakeholders regarding asset related matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements regarding assets.

 

 

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in an asset management coordination role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with asset management software and systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
