Coordinate Laboratory Equipment Service Requests (LESR) from receipt of service request, to scheduling, follow-up, tracking site access, and completion of service requests.
Laboratory Equipment Scheduling, Follow-Up & Confirmations: Send scheduling requests, perform follow-up for unscheduled requests/requests that are pending action, reviews team member in preparation of service visit confirmations for all scheduled visits.
LESR Reconciliation: Coordinate with end users and suppliers to obtain laboratory asset service reports for completed requests and ensure each request includes the proper asset information and associated documentation.
Laboratory Equipment Service Visit Documentation Follow-up: Send follow-up emails to prescheduled visitors who require additional documentation prior to service visits occurring.
Preventative Maintenance: Compile asset information from Asset Database and work with vendors to schedule annual equipment maintenance visits for 5,000+ assets.
Meetings & Presentations: Assist with scheduling laboratory equipment related meetings, distribute detailed meeting summaries and support with basic presentation review
Laboratory Equipment Service Data: Support with creating and organizing laboratory equipment service data reports and distributing to key partners.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years’ experience with coordination of services. * This role requires working on site a minimum of 3 days per week.
