The position oversees the day-to-day operations of athletics facilities, athletics fields and grounds, building renovations, athletics event management, and related budgets as well as support of capital projects. Oversight of all Division I intercollegiate athletic events as well as external athletic related events and event management. The role requires efficient maintenance and operational plans, long range development planning, conflict resolution, safety management and close collaboration with on and off campus partners. All duties are to be performed in strict compliance with the rules and regulations of the NCAA, Big West Conference, and the University.

Required Qualifications:

1-3 years Related experience  Demonstrated expertise in overseeing athletic events and external events, including planning, coordination, and execution. Proven experience in managing day-to-day operations of athletic facilities, fields, and grounds. Commitment to ensuring all activities and operations are performed in strict compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training Experience overseeing Division I intercollegiate athletic events is highly desirable. 7-9 years Related experience preferred
