Position Summary:
Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Associate Athletic Director for Compliance.

The candidate would be expected to: exhibit the highest professional standards and ethical behavior with regard to adherence to NCAA, Coastal Athletic Association (CAA), and Department of Athletics rules and regulations; manage the day-to-day compliance operations for 24 varsity sports; and assist the Senior Associate Athletics Director and Director of Athletics investigate and report rules violations.

This is an in-person on campus, non-remote position.

Required Degree, License or Certifications:
Bachelor's degree

Required Skills or Software:
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately, Must have an understanding of the University's concern for academics as well as athletic excellence, Basic Knowledge of MS Word 2016, Basic Knowledge of MS Excel 2016, Must be able to utilize a variety of computer software programs in order to successfully complete assigned tasks, Must be able to operate a variety of office equipment

Other Requirements:
Thorough knowledge of NCAA and conference rules. Ability to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree. Coaching or playing experience at Division I level. Experience with Legislative Database (LSDBi). Compliance Assistant (CAi) and recruiting software (i.e. Jump Forward, ARMS, Teamworks)
