We are currently recruiting attorneys to handle volume consumer and commercial debt collection caseloads. Experienced and newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do: + Prepare and execute court calls + Handle motions, contested hearings, arbitrations and trials. + Draft, review and approve pleadings including complaints, motions, discovery and post judgment supplemental proceedings. What You'll Need: + Education: Law degree (JD) Active license Michigan + Law license in Kentucky, Indiana and/or Ohio is a plus but not required.
