We are seeking an experienced Corporate Associate with 5+ years of experience in M&A to join the team in the Manhattan, New York office. In their tax group, their attorneys represent multinational corporations on cross-border transactions and business operations. The team offers their expertise from across different practice areas, including real estate, M&A, securities, and more. We are seeking individuals who has a strong academic background and come from reputable Big Law firms.

The firm is currently looking for a mid to senior-level associate (5-7 years) specializing in private equity and M&A to join their vibrant corporate group in New York. They are in search of an attorney with substantial experience in private equity and M&A deals, including advising private equity and institutional clients on buyout transactions, co-investments, joint ventures, co-sponsor transactions, and add-on acquisitions.

They are seeking an attorney capable of independently overseeing transactions with minimal supervision, demonstrating excellent client service orientation, and possessing a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:  
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admission to the New York State Bar.5-7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.  Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.Strong communication and negotiation abilities.The firm offers a hybrid working model and a handsome benefits package such as a 401k match, health insurance for you and the dependent and bonuses.
