Job Description

Our client is seeking a Generalist Associate Attorney with at least 1 year of legal experience. The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and an interest in municipal and government-related matters. Responsibilities include:

Drafting legal documents, including resolutions and contracts. Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda. Attending meetings and providing legal guidance to clients. Assisting with various government and public sector legal matters.

Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in New Jersey (required). 1+ year of legal experience. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
