Description We are bringing on board an Associate Attorney to our team, located in Bucks County. The role will focus on creditors' rights and foreclosure, offering a balanced workload without any billable hour requirement. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and flexible setting. Responsibilities: • Drafting, filing, and managing various pleadings, including answers and motions for summary judgment. • Representing financial institutions in matters related to creditors' rights. • Developing case strategies through meticulous legal research. • Attending court hearings to advocate for clients. • Collaborating with senior attorneys and legal staff for effective case management. • Handling contested foreclosure litigation. • Utilizing skills in 'Creditor Representation' and 'Motions' Requirements • Possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school • Admitted to practice in the state, or ability to obtain admission promptly • Demonstrated experience in Creditor Representation • Proficiency in drafting and arguing Motions • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills • Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting preferred • Comfortable with technology, including case management software and Microsoft Office Suite Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
