What You'll Do: + Prepare and execute court calls + Handle motions, contested hearings, arbitrations and trials. + Draft, review and approve pleadings including complaints, motions, discovery and post judgment supplemental proceedings. What You'll Need: + Education: Law degree (JD) & active Nevada license + Law license in California, WA. a plus but not required.
