Position Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital transactions. This individual should possess substantial experience working with emerging technologies, venture capital, and startups. 

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal counsel in corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property law.Advise clients on legal issues related to emerging technologies, venture capital, and startups.Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and contracts.Represent clients in legal proceedings and transactions.Collaborate with a team of attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.Stay current with developments in relevant legal fields and emerging technologies.Mentor and guide junior attorneys within the firm.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Minimum of 2 plus years of experience in corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property law.Demonstrated experience with emerging technologies, venture capital, and startups.Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients effectively.
