Description We are in search of an Associate Attorney to join our team in San Francisco, California. The role revolves around the insurance coverage sector, where you will be handling insurance coverage matters, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. Responsibilities: • Work closely with insurers to provide legal advice on insurance coverage matters • Handle litigation and alternative dispute resolution processes effectively • Utilize strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members • Manage cases efficiently to ensure timely and accurate resolution • Utilize your Juris Doctor degree and Bar Admission status to provide high-quality legal services • Apply your skills in Insurance Defense Litigation to protect the interests of clients • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes to ensure compliance and best practice.
