Description We are partnering with a well-established, growing boutique litigation law firm in downtown Minneapolis that is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and/or real estate litigation, representing clients in complex disputes involving contractors, developers, property owners, and design professionals. Key Responsibilities: + Represent clients in construction and real estate litigation matters, including contract disputes, payment claims, mechanic's liens, construction defects, title disputes, leasing issues, and landlord-tenant matters. + Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery with precision and clarity. + Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client advisement. + Participate in mediation, arbitration, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. + Advocate for clients in court proceedings and administrative hearings. + Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to develop effective case strategies. Requirements Qualifications: + Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. + Active state bar membership in good standing. + Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction and/or real estate litigation. + Proven track record of achieving positive outcomes in complex disputes. + Experience with alternative dispute resolution methods.
