Job Description:

Focus on corporate and business transactions. Draft and negotiate various transactional documents such as operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and partnership agreements. Handle stock/asset purchase agreements, licensing agreements, employment contracts, and corporate governance matters. Support clients with data privacy, cybersecurity, and corporate tax concerns (LLM in tax or exempt organizations experience is a plus). Collaborate with a team-oriented and entrepreneurial spirit to deliver high-quality legal services.

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in corporate transactional law. Proficient in drafting and negotiating complex contracts and agreements. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar. Excellent judgment, business acumen, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
