Job Description:

Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and support matters. Draft and review pleadings such as petitions, answers, and motions. Draft and review agreements, including parenting plans, prenuptial, and postnuptial agreements. Organize financial records and assist in discovery responses. Prepare for mediations and hearings. Conduct legal research and communicate findings effectively.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of family law experience (open to new graduates with strong interest in family law). Exposure to marital and family law, including drafting legal documents and organizing financial records. Licensed to practice law in Florida and a member of the Florida Bar in good standing. Undergraduate degree in economics, finance, or accounting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work well under pressure. Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle emotionally sensitive situations.
