Associate Banker, Multinational Corporations, Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries

You are customer focused, enjoy building relationships and providing financial advice to your clients. A role as a Multinational Corporations Associate Banker is for you.

As an Associate Banker in Middle Market, you will have the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team to introduce our comprehensive solutions to clients. In your role as a Banker Associate, you will be instrumental in helping us cover new prospects, deepen existing client relationships, complete portfolio reviews, build market share and drive internal and external client dialogue.

Our Banker Associate will be expected to have a deep working knowledge of our solutions including, but not limited to: Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Foreign Exchange, Commercial Card and Merchant Services. As a key player on our multinational banking team, you will work closely with US and Global product partners, and Global Corporate Banking. We value your interest in cross border businesses, cultural sensitivity, commitment to teamwork and partnership, and exceptional work ethic and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

 3+ years in a similar banking, venture, credit or treasury role  Outstanding professional reputation and integrity  Strong leadership skills required  Demonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationships in a highly competitive  environment  Ability to assess risks inherent in complex credit transactions and mitigate, structure and negotiate  accordingly  Extensive knowledge of products and services

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

 Bachelor’s degree preferred  Superior knowledge of the market dynamics and its business environment preferred  Excellent problem solving, oral, and written communication skills
