Description DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of but are not limited to the following: + Label documents submitted by carriers. + Verify and enter information from invoices, BOLs, lumper receipts, and other various documents into Navisphere. + Leverage systems functionality and established processes to index a high volume of documents daily and meet established error rate guidelines. + Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to review error reports monthly. + Escalate complex issues to senior team members and/or leadership. + Work within established procedures and adhere to quality guidelines. + Continue to develop skills and build upon knowledge of billing processes. + Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country-specific requirements. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Required: + High School Diploma or GED. + Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs. + Strong typing skills and 10-key typing experience. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Positive professional attitude and customer service skills. + Strong interpersonal skills. + Ability to use own judgment and make decisions. + Strong organization skills and attention to detail. + Self-motivated and the ability to work independently. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional, and deadline-driven environment. + Values a diverse and inclusive work environment.
