Associate Billing Representative - Hybrid
Job Title: Associate Billing Representative Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Associate Billing Representative. This entry-level position plays a crucial role in managing the financials for our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities + Label documents submitted by carriers. + Verify and enter information from invoices, BOL’s, receipts, and other various documents into Navisphere. + Leverage systems functionality and established processes to index a high volume of documents daily while meeting established error rate guidelines. + Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to review error reports monthly. + Escalate complex issues to sr. team members and/or leadership. + Work within established procedures and adhere to quality guidelines. + Continue to develop skills and build upon knowledge of billing processes. + Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country-specific requirements. Essential Skills + High School Diploma or GED (must provide a copy of diploma or transcript). + Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. + Strong typing skills and 10-key typing experience. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Positive, professional attitude and customer service skills. + Strong interpersonal skills. + Ability to use own judgment and make decisions. + Strong organization skills and attention to detail. + Self-motivated and the ability to work independently. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional, and deadline-driven environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Previous experience in retail or office environments is acceptable. + Outgoing personality with strong communication skills. + Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and schedules. + Desire for long-term career growth and advancement within the company. Work Environment This role follows a hybrid work model with specific days in the office to be confirmed. The new office location in Illinois features a modern, open-concept space with a casual work environment. The office includes onsite food vendors, a café, and a rooftop with skyline views. Employees are encouraged to participate in various company events such as team-building activities, monthly potlucks, and outings. The work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with training conducted remotely before transitioning to the hybrid model. The office maintains a business casual dress code, with jeans allowed on Fridays. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
