Position Summary

To be a technology lead in implementing ETL (IICS) / DWH solutions on Snowflake with prior experience in the Pharma domain.  Should have an overall 5 - 9 years of relevant experience in designing and implementing Data Warehousing, Data Integration and Data lake projects with some experience in pharma domain for US based customers.

Job Responsibilities Technology – Independently he/she should be able to design, implement deliver complex Data Warehousing/Data Lake and Data Integration project assignments using Informatica Power Centre/ IICS ETL tool along with Snowflake/ Redshift/ Databricks combination either on AWS or Azure cloud. Requirements Gathering – Be able to understand the requirements directly from customer or from project teams across pharma commercial data sets Technical Design and Development – He/she should be able to create ETL design, implement deliver ETL/ELT code using Informatica (IICS) for simple to complex Data Integration/ Data Warehousing project assignments. Task Management – Should be able to drive the day-to-day tasks in alignment with the project  plan and collaborate with team to accomplish milestones as per plan. Should be comfortable in discussing and prioritizing work items in an onshore-offshore model. Handle Client Relationship – Manage client communication and client expectations independently or with support of reporting manager. Should be able to deliver results back to the Client as per plan. Should have excellent communication skills. Education BE/B.TechMaster of Computer ApplicationWork Experience 5+ years overall experience working in Data Warehousing/Data Lake project assignments using Informatica Power Centre/ IICS ETL tool along with Snowflake/ Redshift/ Databricks combination. Should have working experience in 1-2  projects using Informatica IICS or Power Centre with a combination of either Snowflake or Redshift. Should be versed with the ETL design, data load strategies, different transformations in IICS, performance techniques etc. Should have some experience in Data Warehousing and Data Modelling fundamentals like Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Dimension Tables and Facts Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities, SnowSQL, SnowPipe, Big Data model techniques using Python.
