Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical or Nursing (required) Experience in complaint handling or customer service (preferred) Strong MDR documentation or technical writing experience Excellent computer skills Strong analytical skills, including problem-solving and critical thinking Health care professional experience (preferred)

Preferred Skills

Ability to document and process medical device complaints Experience in technical writing and MDR documentation Ability to analyze and resolve issues with strong attention to detail

Job Responsibilities

Handle complaint documentation and MDR processes Develop and maintain technical reports and documentation Analyze and resolve issues related to medical device reporting Ensure all reports and documentation are accurate and meet compliance standards

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
