Be part of a world-class product team innovating to deliver unique beverage experiences across North America.  This associate brand manager role will support our Refreshment, Tea, Blended, and Licensed Store businesses. This role will play a pivotal role managing the Go-To-Market process for the non-coffee side of the business as well as assisting in trend and business analysis. This a unique role to support emerging and fast growing categories at Starbucks. 

We are seeking someone with strong business acumen, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

As an associate brand manager, you will… 

Supports new product innovation (NPI) process and collaborates with cross-functional team to bring new beverages to store Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional partners and lead cross-functional efforts alongside key counterparts throughout the organization. Deliver performance reports for the Refreshment, Tea, and Blended businesses, being able to distill data and summarize findings and recommendations. Assist in co-exploration of new beverage launches, by analyzing key market and customer trends, influencing the direction of our beverage pipeline Enjoy working on an energetic, fun team and have a clear ability to drive the business forward as part of a highly collaborative team, while acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles 

We’d love to hear from people with: 

Bachelor’s degree or 4 or more years of US military experience

1-2 years’ experience in a role supporting marketing, brand management, product management, or commercialization. Strong analytical/reporting skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines  Ability and willingness to navigate change and ambiguity

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.  At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
