SALARY: $80,000 - $85,000, bonus eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Associate Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at Karbach Brewing. In this role, you will manage and execute brand strategies, marketing programs, and cross-functional collaborations to drive growth and strengthen Karbach’s presence in the market. As the voice of the brand, you’ll oversee brand performance, lead consumer insights, and support innovation and advertising initiatives. You’ll play a key role in portfolio strategy, trade marketing, and event support, while utilizing strong analytical, project management, and communication skills to drive profitable growth and brand excitement.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

Support and build brand strategy, ensuring consistent execution across all marketing platforms, driving growth, and aligning with overall brand goals. Oversee brand programming, identity, and execution to sustain year-over-year growth.

Work closely with sales, production, procurement, and other teams to ensure alignment and support for brand initiatives. Act as a brand ambassador across the organization to ensure all functions are aligned with brand.

Manage innovation initiatives from ideation to product launch, ensuring products meet consumer needs and differentiate in the marketplace.

Stay informed on consumer trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes. Use data and insights to inform marketing plans and optimize brand performance. Conduct regular brand business reviews to evaluate and adjust strategies.

Partner with Sr. Brand Manager in the development and execution plans across all communication channels ensuring consistency in messaging. Develop and execute social media and digital content strategies. Maintain relationships with creative agencies to align marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.

Support packaging design and implementation for product innovation, renovation, and quality improvements.

Champion the brand at key retailers by creating impactful trade marketing initiatives that maximize performance and drive competitive advantage. Optimize trade and marketing spending for greater effectiveness.

Contribute to the development of annual and long-term brand plans based on consumer insights, market trends, and financial data. Execute brand plans to achieve sales, market share, and brand health goals, while continuously optimizing performance.

Be an advocate for the brand both internally and externally, presenting and selling brand strategies to stakeholders. Lead tactical communication initiatives across various channels (print, paid social, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

Lead and support new product development projects, prioritizing quality, consumer needs, and business impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to commercialize new products.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably in the CPG, beverage, or alcohol industry.

Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on timelines (Experience in cross-functional team management preferred).

Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from start to finish.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Creative thinking and a passion for consumer insights and brand building.

Team oriented player that thrives in a collaborative environment.

Proficiency with digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.

Experience with product development and lifecycle management is a plus.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred, not required.

Ability to travel up to 10-15%.
