Summary: NJ TRANSIT is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to participate in designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to build our brand and increase customer engagement. This individual will collaborate with various internal teams to conduct market and competitive analyses, design and execute promotional campaigns, and lead, manage and deliver projects in support of the brand’s positioning and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Marketing or a similar field and have a deep understanding of marketing fundamentals, as well as a strong desire to uncover customer insights and create solutions that surprise and delight customers. Ultimately, the person in this role will help establish the NJ TRANSIT brand in the market in a way that customers will easily identify and select our products and services.
