**Meaningful Work from Day One:**
All B-F Marketers are expected to lead the development of "best in class" brands, marketing programs, and capabilities, while driving the Corporate, USA&C, and Marketing 150 strategies.
Associate Brand Managers role is to support their respected brands and teams in delivering on four key strategic goals: 1) Captivating the Consumer, 2) Innovating across all Touchpoints, 3) Leveraging and Strengthening the Portfolio, and 4) Making it Easy to Buy and Sell our Brands.
Associate Brand Managers are critical team members, driving the diagnostics, consolidation of data and knowledge across the functional capability areas to enable decision making, and the development and implementation of short term tools and platforms.
**What You Can Expect** :
+ Support the Brand Manager in the diagnostics and development and execution of marketing plans, including market research, business performance, competitive analysis, and consumer insights.
+ Assist in the management of advertising and promotional campaigns, including creative development, media planning, and budget tracking.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, insights and operations, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
+ Track and translate analysis on the business into recommended marketing actions, including advertising, promotion, product, pricing and retail programs
+ Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and recommend optimizations.
+ Lead, Paid & Owned Media Execution Oversight
+ Media Oversight: Lead execution and deployment of paid and owned media, including custom content, influencer campaigns, email, and social media. Conduct QA for all paid media campaigns and guide media plan development.
+ Creative Compliance & Deployment: Ensure creative complies with guidelines, manage content mapping, and oversee adaptations of existing creative. Lead the creation and updates of Dotter QuickShops.
+ Performance Support: Support media performance reporting and optimization, provide feedback, and develop executive summaries for leadership teams.
**What You Bring to the Table** :
**Education:** College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Marketing, Business or similar.
**Experience:** Experience: At least 2-3 years of proven brand-building and marketing success stories.
+ **Analytical Skills:** Ability to gather and interpret data to inform marketing decisions.
+ **Communication Skills:** Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
+ **Creativity:** Ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and solutions.
+ **Digital/Social Media Acumen** : Understanding of digital and social media platforms and how to leverage them for brand building.
+ **Project Management Skills:** Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
**What Makes You Unique** :
**Education:** Masters Degree (M.A., MBA or Equivalent);
+ Spirits/beverage alcohol industry experience preferably with off-premise experience.
+ Strong understanding of digital/modern media marketing including CRM, social media and community management.
+ Experience with multicultural marketing.
+ MBA degree.
