Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking an Associate Budget Analyst in support of Army INSCOM program at Fort Belvoir, VA. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Manpower Programming and BudgetGeneral Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)Procurement Request review and corrective action recommendationFinancial AnalysisBudget ExecutionExecution Data MaintenanceCurrent Year Budget Execution reportingResource AllocationOrganization agreementsData Package SupportCivilian Resource ManagementManagement Accounting/Accounting SupportReview MIPRs and UFRsDTS/GTC tasks as needed Education, Requirements and Qualifications Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.Required: experience with General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), and Defense Travel System (DTS)Preferred: Bachelor’s DegreeSubstitute 4 additional years of DoD financial management experience for a bachelor’s degree.5 years DOD financial management experience.Completed Fiscal Law, Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution (PPBE) and Intelligence Resource Management courses within 120 days of arrival. Optional: DOD financial and management systems such as Standard Finance Systems (STANFINS)Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
