Job Description

Support the design and development of core platform infrastructure needed to grow Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) in AP 

Gather, manage and work with team members to prioritize platform enhancement requirements and resolve platform issues. 

Ensure business and technical requirements are detailed and complete.  

Align with business stakeholders across Markets, Segments and Product teams to create backlogs and develop well defined user stories. 

Work closely with technology teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product enhancements. 

Oversee and contribute to user acceptance testing execution.  

Provide periodic reporting related to delivery plans. 

Continuously improve the system's usability, efficiency and UI/UX. 

Oversee governance of data quality and data cleaning for reporting  

QualificationsMinimum of 5+ years' work experience. International experience and exposure to matrixed organizations preferable.Proficient in using standard MS Office tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.).Experience in or in-depth knowledge of financial services is strongly preferred, ideally with a deep understanding of cards and payments. Technology sector experience would also be desirable.Good financial acumen and strong analytical modelling skillsSolution-focused: thriving in ambiguous, high-pressure situations, ability to adapt and reset priorities in changing circumstances, ability to connect the dots and see the big picture.Must be results-oriented, able to handle multiple urgent tasks and must effectively deal with ambiguity.PowerApps and PowerBI skills are a plus.
