Job Description

Support the design and development of core platform infrastructure needed to grow Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) in AP 

Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve end-to-end project lifecycle order, champions initiatives from start to completion. 

Lead and manage projects to streamline business processes, enhance operational efficiency 

Implement change management strategies to facilitate organizational adoption of new processes and technologies 

Track and report on project performance metrics, including KPIs, ROI, and other key success indicators, to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives 

Prepare process documentation and provide training the organisation 

QualificationsMinimum of 5+ years' work experience. International experience and exposure to matrixed organizations preferable.Proficient in using standard MS Office tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.).Experience in or in-depth knowledge of financial services is strongly preferred, ideally with a deep understanding of cards and payments. Technology sector experience would also be desirable.Good financial acumen and strong analytical modelling skillsSolution-focused: thriving in ambiguous, high-pressure situations, ability to adapt and reset priorities in changing circumstances, ability to connect the dots and see the big picture.Must be results-oriented, able to handle multiple urgent tasks and must effectively deal with ambiguity.PowerApps and PowerBI skills are a plus.
