Job Description
Conduct basic operational analyses to support informed decision-making within the business unit.
ResponsibilitiesWork on cross-functional projects to drive impactful change.Perform various functions from defining requirements, troubleshooting, test development and execution to project management.Become a subject matter expert in all billing options for both FPL and FPL NW to effectively support operations and projects.Ensure seamless experiences for customers.Responsible for the application testing process for internal and external applications, including end-to-end user acceptance testing.Execute test scripts, report defects accurately and thoroughly, and retest efficiently.Collaborate with IT and other business units to solve real-time technical issues and conduct root cause analysis.Ensure all processes are well documented.Build a strong working understanding of the technical solution being delivered and analyze and determine failure points in the solution.Essential SkillsFunctional testingIntegration testingUser acceptance testingSAP knowledgeSalesforce CRMAgile MethodologyCollaboration and communication skillPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $33.65/hr.
