HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
\nYour role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
\nWhat your day-to-day will be like:
\n\nParticipate in discovery discussions between key stakeholders and platform engineers crafting and documenting use cases, operational requirements, and technology goals. \nResearch and contribute user interface (UI) best practices to design discussions. \nCollaborate with the project delivery teams to develop Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) plans.\nContribute to test strategy and change management campaigns to support technology execution.\nParticipate in testing initiatives, tracking issues and ensuring resolution to critical path findings.\nMaintain system operational guides for reference and future technology planning. Contribute to business continuity initiatives, and maintain related operational documents.\nCreate project status overviews on a periodic basis (weekly, monthly, ad-hoc).\nGather debrief information following deployments.\n\nHow you will collaborate with others:
\n\nCollaborate with Hilton business stakeholders to gather information for the technology intake process, documenting requirements and business goals. Validate requirements are accounted for in design plans.\nCollaborate with internal product management and technology teams, as well as operations support, and other relevant teams to gather information to operationalize new solutions.\nAttend intake and strategy meetings with related technology colleagues.\nParticipate in change management programs.\n\nWhat deliverables you will take ownership of:
\n\nThe use case catalog for all assigned projects and the SharePoint project repositories.\nFinal project documents including accepted designs, test plans, issues logs, etc., along with final versions of change management collateral materials.\n\nWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
\nYou have these minimum qualifications:
\n\nProfessional work experience in Technology, Project Management, or related field\nExperience as a business analyst collecting requirements and/or compiling use cases\nExperience communicating with stakeholders at all levels\nTravel up to 10%\n\nIt would be useful if you have:
\n\nBachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience \nThree (3) + years of professional work experience in Technology, Project Management, or related field\nTwo (2) + years of experience in Technology delivery\nPreference to be near one of our three US corporate office locations (McLean, Dallas, Memphis)\nExperience with Microsoft 365\nExperience with project management\nHands-on experience with hospitality operations\nFluency in an additional language\n\n\nWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON
