We are looking for an Associate Business Intelligence Analyst to join our E-Commerce team at Jockey International in Kenosha, WI. The Associate Business Intelligence Analyst will use strong technical skills to do undirected research and resolve open-ended questions that results in business benefits. The analyst is responsible for building visualizations and self-service dashboards that synthesize analysis to the business user. Moreover, they will gather data from a variety of sources, creating analytical data models that facilitate our understanding of our business, products, and customers. They are also responsible for working with business users to improve their understanding and access to data available in the data lake.
Job Expectations:
Leverage data and analytics to uncover trends and identify opportunities to support company-wide growth initiatives across new and existing lines of business. Collect, aggregate, and analyze data to drive business performance insights using SQL and visualization tools such as tableau. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of new datasets that expand our analytic capabilities. Communicate best practices with our team and other analysts across Jockey, through training, mentoring, and documenting standards and processes. Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Optimize SQL queries to ensure optimal performance and adherence to data governance and quality standards. Perform ad-hoc analysis to address business questions. Perform rigorous data quality and data validation to ensure accurate and reliable data products.What is Required:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and or experience-Preferably in quantitative field such as math, statistics, economics, business analytics, etc. 0-5 years in an analytical role
