Associate Business Service Analyst - Data Optimization Team

Job Summary

Reporting to the Team Leader of Business Services in the Data Management Organization (DMO), the Associate Business Services Analyst on the DMO Data Optimization Team (DOT) demonstrates successful collaboration with internal and external customers and/or suppliers to meet business needs with attention to simplicity of design and ease of use/interaction. You will support master data integration processes and technology, as well as providing support to Master Data Operations. You will accommodate and prioritize information requests and effectively communicates the impact to stakeholders. The support responsibilities of this role could span across all teams within Global Business Services, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, the Center of Excellence, Vendor Management, Data Management, and Customer Order Management.

You Will:

Analyze business requirements to support the creation of data cleansing and integration solutions

Develop, test, and implement data cleansing and integration configurations using various tools and technologies

Create and maintain data integration and cleansing documentation, including data flow diagrams and technical specifications

Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems

Monitor and troubleshoot data integration and cleansing technology issues, providing timely resolutions

Conduct thorough testing of data integration and cleansing solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and perform as expected

Design reporting and metrics; provide analysis that drives action / resolution

Present findings that drive understanding, alignment, and informed decision making

Participates in problem resolution that improves business processes

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful data integration and cleansing projects

Summarizes and communicates recommendations to leadership

Collaborates effectively with peers

Help support upgrades of On Prem SQL and Windows Servers as needed

Log tickets for appropriate infrastructure requests as needed

You Have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

Working knowledge of SQL Server Database Administration and Windows Server Environments

Working knowledge of database and application connectivity

Working knowledge of networks, ports, and firewalls

Working knowledge of SAP and/or other ERP target Systems

Possess the capacity to apply critical thinking

Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office) including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Ability to travel (approximately 10% of the time)

Ability to work 3 days per week onsite in our Omaha office: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Remote days are Monday and Friday with the ability to flex dates.

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
