This role is supporting our Corporate Applications team at Allina Health. Allina Health is a non-profit health care system that offers services throughout Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. The Corporate Application team manages over 180 applications throughout the enterprise.
As the Associate Business Systems Analyst Analyst, you will be responsible for the support, troubleshooting, maintenance and special projects for your assigned applications.

Primary Responsibilities:
Own and manage all technical aspects of assigned applications through all stages of the application lifecycle Work with technology vendors and organizational IT teams to understand and document technical requirements for assigned applications and ensure they are maintained Work with application users to understand and document business requirements and translate those into technical solutions to optimize application functionality for them Work with application users to develop test scripts and facilitate testing to validate application functionality and configuration Participate in large projects and/or manage small/medium projects related to assigned applications Manage all technical changes for assigned applications following defined change management protocols Maintain technical documentation for assigned applications, including customer-facing and help desk knowledge base articles Work directly with customers, vendors and organizational IT teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues Perform and/or facilitate all manner of testing as needed for assigned applications Provide timely communication to stakeholders for all application related matters Manage application assignments including incidents and requests within ServiceNow (IT Service Management system) Provide on-call support outside of regular business hours through a team on-call rotationYou’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or higher 4+ years of experience with Business Systems Analysis 4+ years of experience supporting a variety of corporate applications in a business analyst, IT or help desk related role 4+ years of experience working with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and taking action based on their business needs Ability to travel based on business needs (roughly 10% of the time or less) Ability to work outside of regular business hours to support team on-call rotationPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with applications like Swiss Log, Video Insight, Mobile View, etc. Experience supporting 5+ corporate applications at a given time including overall support, maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades, migrations and more Experience with IT service management using a system such as ServiceNow Experience implementing, upgrading and migrating applications Experience with facilities and maintenance applications Experience with risk and compliance applications Intermediate technical skills in SQL with the ability to write your own complex queriesSoft Skills:
