The **Associate Business Systems Analyst** will be joining our Oracle HCM Cloud Product team supporting our suite of modules to include Talent/Performance, CompPlanner, Learn, Payroll, T&L and Absence. This specific Associate Bus Systems Analyst role will focus on our Talent/Performance module supporting enhancements, new features, issue resolution and troubleshooting. The role is client facing and requires the ability to present to the business COEs as well as host standing application review meetings and sprint planning meetings.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Support the Oracle Talent/Performance module
+ Work with internal business customers on application capabilities, determine problems and develop appropriate solutions
+ Consistently exhibit behavior and communication skills that demonstrate commitment to superior customer support, including quality, care and concern for the end user experience
+ Coordinate with both internal IT resources and external vendors on issue escalation and resolution ensuring proper ticket communication protocol and status updates
+ Oracle Release Management, reviewing release notes and conducting impact analysis
+ Develop test plans and assists with Systems and User Acceptance testing
+ Full life cycle reporting support, report requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution
+ Manage SLA’s
+ Ability to work off hours as needed during evenings and weekend to support production migrations which are schedule for off business hours
+ Performs additional duties as assigned
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:**
+ Oracle HCM Cloud or other HRIS system
+ Requirements Gathering
+ Documentation
+ Testing
+ Ability to think logically and use problem-solving skills
+ Ability to work with very detailed information
+ Ability to work alone, self-directed, work in a small working team as well as part of a broader team

**Required Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma (or higher)
+ 3+ years of experience working in a support team and supporting HRIS type systems
+ Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HR Case Management tools such as ServiceNow or Zendesk
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ Strong knowledge of Human Capital systems

The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
