If you are passionate about analyzing complex business processes, have a background in business systems analysis or consulting, and are an effective communicator at all levels, we want you on our team! **What You’ll Work On:** + **Develops information systems strategies** : works directly with business unit clients to understand specific business processes, needs and opportunities for improvement; identifies IT capabilities required to support the business processes and collaborates in the development of appropriate information management strategies as an integrated part of the business strategy. + **Business process analysis and requirements engineering:** elicits, analyzes, and documents business requirements; translates business requirements into functional requirements; identifies alternative solutions, assesses feasibility, and makes recommendations to leverage new or existing IT technology components. + **Provide project support and project management:** performs data and process modeling; manages change; and leads, coordinates / performs testing, verification, and validation of requirements. + **Conducts training:** partner with product owner to conduct train-the-trainer programs + **Process Improvements:** Identify process disconnects and translate them into improvement opportunities with cost savings or avoidance, productivity improvements, or revenue generating business benefits. + **Develops productive business and IT relationships** to ensure effective communication, successful implementation, and support of project efforts.
