Associate Campus Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Overview:

As our Campus Recruiter for our Boston, MA area headquarters, you will play a critical role in attracting top talent for Keurig Dr Pepper's internships and co-op programs. You will engage with universities and student organizations to source and cultivate candidates by planning and executing impactful recruiting events to promote Keurig Dr Pepper as an employer-of-choice. 

***This position is based in our Burlington, MA and will work in office (Tuesday - Thursday) and remote (Monday and Friday).***

Key Responsibilities: 

Maintain productive relationships with universities, faculty, staff, and student organizations to attract top talent for Keurig Dr Pepper's internships and co-op programs. Plan and execute recruiting events, including on-campus presentations, career fairs, diversity conferences, and professional development activities, to promote our employer brand and attract prospective student talent. Prepare, organize and manage logistics for career events, including shipping and tracking. Develop outbound messaging strategies and branding for attracting students at each school and promote Keurig Dr Pepper across various college marketing channels. Utilize recruiting technology platforms such as Handshake and Symplicity to source candidates and manage the candidate process from initial outreach through hiring and offer generation. Partner with hiring managers to source top talent for their roles and design a recruitment plan that incorporates target programs and diverse student organizations. Screen candidates through resume reviews and video interviews and coordinate interview scheduling. Conduct interview processes that allow for efficient selection and a premiere candidate experience, both online, virtual, and in-person. Ensure business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives. Manage all administrative tasks such as updating job postings, recruitment and applicant tracking system platforms, and related documentation. Troubleshoot technology and logistics issues and monitor and optimize the annual campus recruiting budget. Help plan and execute the intern and co-op program.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred) or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of professional experience with a focus on Talent Acquisition & Campus Relations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Willingness and Ability to work nights and travel, 25-40%, during peak season, as needed Solid record of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders  Oriented towards execution and solutions Team player with open and candid communication style and exceptional customer service skills 

Preferred: 

Proficiency using applicant tracking systems and maximizing recruiting technology platforms Experience with Canva
