Associate Capital Markets Requirement Analyst
About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Associate Requirement Analyst to join our team and support our capital market product suite. This role will focus primarily on our Securities View product, Corporate Actions initiatives, and potentially Digital Asset initiatives within Swift. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of capital markets and be ready to develop expertise in securities, corporate actions, and digital asset frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to gather and document requirements for capital market products, with an initial focus on the Securities View product

Support Corporate Actions initiatives by identifying user needs, drafting requirement specifications, and assisting in process enhancements

Assist in exploring the potential of Digital Asset-related initiatives, supporting documentation, research, and requirement development

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and solution architects to ensure that requirements align with product and business goals

Participate in requirement analysis sessions, identifying gaps and contributing ideas to optimize product solutions

Support the creation of user stories, use cases, and detailed requirement documentation for clear development and QA guidance

Ensure that requirements are aligned with Swift standards and protocols

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, information technology, or a related field

1-2 years of experience in business analysis or requirement analysis, ideally within the capital markets, securities, or financial technology sectors

Basic understanding of capital markets, securities processing, corporate actions, or digital assets is a plus

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a proactive approach to gathering information and addressing requirements

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms is preferred

IT experience with financial securities applications is considered a plus
