Associate Client Advisor

Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position: Associate Client Advisor

What Can You Expect:

Act as lead advisory colleague on smaller, less complex books of business.

Develop renewal/placement strategies in conjunction with the Placement, Advisory Leader and Client Executive and executes in accordance with client instructions.

Analyze quotes from carriers and provides analysis to more senior Advisory colleagues and/or clients to assist with developing solutions and renewals.

Support more senior Advisory colleagues to reach business goals and RFP’s through research and document preparation to support and assist the design, development, and marketing of new insurance and risk products

We will count on you to:

Manage follow-up on coverage changes with underwriters to ensure the coverage specifications are correct.

Build and maintain client and market contact at appropriate levels to execute effectively on client’s program.

Contribute to the firm’s body of knowledge through active internal communication to keep abreast of changing risk and insurance market conditions.

Contribute to client retention through effective risk solutions and excellence in service.

What you need to have:

Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Good interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency.

Excellent writte and verbal communication.

Prior success and experience operating in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with clients management and peers.

Proficiency in MS office applications required.

What makes you stand out:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Minimum of 3 years’ of commercial P&C insurance coverage experience in a risk management or brokerage capacity. 

Working knowledge of insurance coverages is required.

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $66,300 to $141,500.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
