We are seeking a talented individual to join our Financial and Professional Services Vertical within the Affinity team at Marsh. This role will be based in Toronto, and it is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Associate Client Executive will be part of a national team of 15 colleagues co-managing large scale program based accounts in various industry classes including financial advisors, lawyers, accountants, travel agencies and pharmacists. 

We will count on you to:

Manage and develop client relationships, acting as the client's trusted advisorProvide placement support to SRO or CEs for various programs and individual accountsSupport clients from various industry groups through the insurance purchase journeyPursue new business development, and expanding products and services the client holds

What you need to have: 

Appropriate provincial insurance license - multi jurisdictional licensing is an asset3-5 years of insurance experience including Professional Liability experienceManagement knowledge of program / affinity based accounts

Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $56,000 to $124,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
