We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as an Associate Client Executive. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
We will count on you to:
Maintain and expand low-risk accounts from a small book of business while assisting senior colleagues with larger, more complex accounts.Collaborate with senior colleagues and project specialists to identify key decision-makers, account needs, and underlying risks to determine the best services and products for client objectives.Conduct research and analysis to target new buyer hubs and identify expansion opportunities, strategizing internal offerings and market trends.Analyze and conceptualize quantitative and qualitative data into viable proposals for personal or senior colleagues' accounts.Develop custom solutions to address account needs and effectively present these solutions to senior colleagues or clients.Ensure all managed accounts are in good standing, addressing escalated issues promptly to maintain operational excellence and client satisfaction.Grow and nurture a professional network within client organizations and represent the company at industry events and conferences.What you need to have:
Experience in account management or sales within the insurance or financial services industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.A proactive approach to problem-solving and account management.What makes you stand out:
