We are seeking a talented individual to join our RMP team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sandton, hybrid and has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
Support Risk Management Practice Senior Client Executives with day-to-day administration and client activity on large, complex accounts including, but not limited to:
Project manage the renewal to support the Senior Client Executive on large, complex accounts
Prepare the Pre Renewal and Internal Strategy meeting reports, presentations and minutes.
Prepare Renewal Questionnaires for completion by the Clients, respond to client queries and attend client meetings.
Check renewal information is complete, correct, anomalies addressed, signed off by the Clients and distributed internally to MCO / Placement.
Ensure claims reports are accurate and prepare loss ratio reports.
Request / collate other Broking information required.
Monitor risk requirements and recommendations for communication to the insurance market and clients.
Help prepare Client presentations for local and international markets.
Support with International ‘roadshow’ arrangements, Client defendant.
Close-off post renewal administration and queries.
Support with client queries, cover letters, cover confirmation, insurance summaries.
Drive the invoicing process and credit control.
Lead the service, retention and grow the relationships on small / medium sized business accounts.
Work with the Marsh Business operations to drive growth within clients outside of transactional insurance.
What you need to have:
5 years appropriate experience in large corporate client service delivery function within insurance area
FAIS compliance:
Relevant formal qualification and AIISA (or similar)
Minimum 150 credits and have passed RE 5 Examination
Proficiency in English
Highly developed communication and presentation skills
Excellent negotiation skills
