The Opportunity
Reporting to Supervisor, End User Support you will be an entry level technology professional focused on learning and executing routine work, with regular guidance and clearly defined standard operating procedures and quality guidelines. This will be a hybrid role based in West Chester, PA.

Your Impact
Solve hardware/software and configure new hire set up.
Be a coordinator between the client and other teams that need to be involved to resolve the issue.
Provide guidance and technical advice and handle issues.
Test, deploy and configure new software, monthly patches and overall enhancements.
Have good understanding of the retail industry to advise business on industry trends in the technology space.
Work together with the Intermediate level technician to help solve any challenging issues.
Be an Incident Coordinator - assigning workload to other techs,
Escalate issues for the two other levels.
Troubleshoot any post installation issues, and ensure that the user can access all of their applications.
Solve routine problems by evaluating and selecting the appropriate standard operating procedures or flowcharts to support execution.
What You Bring
High School diploma
2 years of related experience
You will be experienced in using MacOs and Windows operating systems.
You will work overtime as demands of the business require.
You will be able to take on call shifts and work overtime.
You will be able to lift items weighing up to 35 lbs.
Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
